  • The university application process in the US is a little different from the application process that you will see in other parts of the world. There are a great number of things that you need to consider when you are applying to colleges and/or universities in the United States, and we will provide you with an overview of each of them. 

  • Entry requirements for every university are different, but most require completing an admissions test or essay, the SAT or ACT admissions tests, and providing recommendations from teachers. In addition to this, most universities ask for a transcript of your grades and a personal statement.

  • U.S Universities have two intakes for admission purposes, which are Fall and Spring semesters. Fall semester starts at the end of August and ends in December or early January whereas the Spring starts in January and ends in early May.

  • The majority of students apply for the Fall intake as their Undergraduate program ends in June and Fall semesters start in September which makes it convenient for Higher education except they break-off from the normal pattern for specific reasons like work experience or personal issues.
